What is Techni-Coat?
Techni-Coat, also known as TC-101, is a specialized coating designed to enhance the performance and reliability of medical packaging materials by providing sealablity and peelability.. By leveraging advanced air-knife coating technology, we apply precise, uniform coatings to different grades of Tyvek® and medical papers. Techni-Coat is ideal for a wide range of medical packaging applications, from pouches and lid stock to flexible films and sealing to rigid plastics.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS
Techni-Coat products are designed to be stable for longer durations under ambient conditions, as defined by ASTM F1980. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to establish shelf life at a sterile barrier system level.
